COMTO San Antonio Chapter Leadership Installation Ceremony

The installation of officers will take place on May 23, 2012, in the Eskridge Room at the VIA Metropolitan Transit Center located at 1021 San Pedro, San Antonio, Texas 78212, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Come and meet your new chapter leadership team.

San Antonio Chapter Dues Invoices

If any member of the San Antonio chapter who is on payroll deduction has received an invoice from National, rest assured that your dues have been transmitted to National in a timely manner. The chapter and National office are continuing to work-out some technical issues related to the conversion to a single (January-December) dues cycle. The chapter will take care of any issues related to the conversion. If you have received an invoice, please bring it to James Coleman, Willie Taylor or Sidney Smith.

COMTO San Antonio 2012 Scholarship Winner

Congratualations to Samuel Kristopher Martinez, the COMTO 2012 winner of the $500.00 Undergraduate Award. Samuel is attending the University of the Incarnate Word and is studying environmental science.

I would like to thank those of you who marched in our VIA/COMTO Vanguard and all employees – VIA Leaders, Managers, Operators, Support Staff - who helped make VIA’s multi-faceted participation in the 2012 MLK March so very successful!
